Q. If I cancel my reservation before my arrival, can I still receive a refund ?

A. You can cancel your reservation by notifying us via email at anytime. If you cancel you will be subject to the loss of your  reservation fee if your cancellation is received more than 60 days from your arrival. If your cancellation is within 60 days of your arrival, you will also forfeit your entire rental fee paid. We highly recommend third-party Travel Insurance, whether traveling from outside the USA or even domestic travel. Q. Can I pay by Personal or Bank Check?

A. Of course, and you will not incur any additional service fees. Select the Contact Us page and send us a message. We will email you payment information and snail mail address.

Q. I live outside the USA, can I pay by TransferWise?

A. Yes, TransferWise only carries a 1% service fee. Select Contact Us page instead of Book Now and do not enter credit card information. We will email you an exclusive link to go to the TransferWise website to begin your transfer to AMIbeachclub.com

Q. What time is check in?

A. Check in is 4PM EST

Q. Can we check in early?

A. If there is no guest checking out the same day as you arrive, we will make every effort to allow for an early check-in. However, even if this isn't the case and there were previous guests, we can usually store your luggage if needed and provide towels for you to head off to the beach or lunch while we prepare the home for your 4PM check-in. 

Q. What time is check out?

A. Check out is 10AM EST

We prefer Saturday to Saturday weekly stays, however during off-season we may accommodate otherwise based on availability.

Q. Can I check-in late, since my arrival won't be until well after 4PM?

A. Yes, you will be able to arrive on your schedule. Your check-in details and welcome information will be emailed to you prior to arrival with instructions to gain access at any hour.

Q. Can I bring pets?

A. Unfortunately our properties do not accept pets of any breed.

Q. Is there a maximum number of people?

A. Both the City of Anna Maria Island and the City of Holmes Beach have maximum occupancy limits. We are licensed in both cities and must comply with the occupancy limits established based on property sizes, number of bedrooms, etc. See each property individually for maximum limits which include adults & children of all ages.

Q. Do you provide Beach gear?

A. Yes, all of our homes are outfitted with Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Towels, Coolers & Trolleys to haul gear to the beach.

Q. How Far is the Beach from your Homes?

A. Each home is less than 600 yards to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria. See the image below. Most people walk to the beach in less than 6 minutes via Clark drive & 72nd street.

Q. Does Anna Maria Island have a Free Trolley?

A. Yes, with frequent stops from the Northern tip of the Island to Coquina Beach in the South all FREE! check here: Trolley

Q. Are Golf Carts allowed on the Island?

A. Yes, the Island is golf cart friendly and all of the roads are 35mph or less. The carts do need to be licensed to travel on any Florida roadway. There are several rental companies on the Island which provide this service. Contact us for a referral or visit our AMI Local Rental Companies page.

Q. Do you provide Bicycles with each rental?

A. We now have a total of 6 pedal bikes available for rent at $35 per-week per-bike. These can be added when you complete the online reservation form. We do offer discounts if you choose 3 or more bikes! Please call or send us a quick message.

Q. Do you have a DVD Player in each rental?

A. Yes, in fact all properties have Netflix for viewing movies too!
