About AMIBeachClub properties
Q. How far are the AMIBeachClub properties from the beach?A. Each home is less than 600 yards to the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. See the image below. It takes approximately 6 minutes via Clark Drive and 72nd Street or you can take the first right on Palm Drive to 68th Street and then it’s a straight shot to the beach.  |
Q. Is there a maximum number of guests at each of AMIBeachClub's properties?A. The City of Holmes Beach has maximum occupancy limits and we must comply with the occupancy limits established based on property sizes, number of bedrooms, etc. See each property individually for maximum limits which include adults & children of all ages. |
Q. What time is check-in?A. Check-in is 4PM EST |
Q. Can we check-in early?A. If there are no guests checking out on your arrival date, we will make every effort to offer you an early check-in. However, even if this isn't available, we can usually store your luggage and provide towels for you to head off to the beach or lunch while we prepare the home for the 4PM check-in. |
Q. We will be arriving late at night, can we still check-in?A. Yes - you can arrive on your schedule. Check-in details and welcome information will be emailed to you prior to arrival with instructions to gain access at any hour. |

Q. Do I have to check-in on a Saturday?A. We prefer Saturday to Saturday weekly stays, however during off-season we may be able to accommodate your request to arrive on another day. Please contact us to check availability. |
Q. Can I bring pets?A. Unfortunately our properties do not accept pets of any breed. |
Q. Do you provide beach gear?A. Yes - both properties have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, coolers and trolleys to haul gear to the beach. |
Q. Do you provide bicycles with each rental?A. We have a total of six pedal bikes available for rent at $35 per-week per-bike. These can be added during the online booking process. We offer discounts if you rent three or more bikes - please contact us so we can apply the discount. |

Q. Do you have a DVD player in each rental?A. Yes - and both properties have Netflix. |
