The Gables has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with an open plan living/kitchen/dining which is perfect for a family vacation or retreat with friends. Located in Holmes Beach, the home is only a short walk (approx. 6 min) to the beautiful Gulf beach. The house has been lovingly decorated with hand-picked vintage pieces to give the home a classic old Florida feel. Enjoy our budget-friendly pricing.

We live on AMI and are happy to answer any questions or needs you may have during your vacation at our home.

There is free parking for 4 cars in the driveway. You can also rent a golf cart from Hodo Golf Carts, Beach Bums or Zoom Around to explore the island at a leisurely pace. Alternatively, subject to availability rent one of our 6 cruiser bicycles. There is also a free island trolley service which runs daily around the island (approximately every 20 min). There is a trolley stop just outside both properties to easily hop-on and off.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Minimum Stay 7 nights - You are vacationing in a residential area. Holmes Beach code compliance enforces the Noise Ordinance with quiet times between 10pm and 7am. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
